Longview A R C Society is proud to continue its popular exercise program in the Longview Community Hall and Park called GO ME! In person classes are ongoing in Longview Community Hall.
Classes will be guided by  Michele and Tony Geistlinger employing a variety of online instructions. Classes are normally held in Longview Community Hall in the colder months, October until the end of May then moving outside to Centennial Park in June and  everyone is welcome to join us. There is currently no charge to attend. Just come, get fit and enjoy some time with your neighbours. Coaches  tailor the workouts to accommodate Seniors and those just trying to get fit. Our focus will be on Balance and Mobility exercises employing Tai Chi/Yoga based movements for seniors or anyone interested in a slower paced balance building workout. For those looking for a bit more we have added strength training with a variety of weights on Friday afternoons when the hall is available.

 Spring Schedule
Tuesdays and Thursdays: Senior Chair and Matt exercises  10:00 AM to 11:30 AM

Classes are free thanks to the in-kind support of the Village of Longview and the generous funding A R C Society has secured from the Alberta Blue Cross Covid Relief Fund  and Communities ChooseWell Healthy Community grant and The Alberta Government sponsored Return to Play Grant via ARPA.
Please register below with our convenient online registration form. Thanks and see you at the Hall
